  • As a Senior Customer Service / Field Service Consultant at Ambit Group, you will accompany our customers hands-on in their digital transformation as part of exciting consulting projects in digital customer service. 
  • As part of a team, you will develop future-oriented solutions for our customers.
  • You will implement effective solutions using Microsoft's Customer Service or Field Service Suite.
  • With us, you can put your business acumen to the test. You will be responsible for advising and developing your customers. In this way, you will continuously expand our range of services.
  • You support business development with specialist input.
  • Your daily workload is flexible between 80 and 100 percent.
  • You organize yourself at the customer, in the office and remotely.

  • You live and breathe customer orientation and question in all your actions, "What would I want as a customer?"
  • You feel at ease in close teamwork as well as in independent work
  • High self motivation and willingness to learn as well as great interest in new technologies are your daily drive
